writing

My apologies about the last two posts. I really wasn't in a writing mood for the past two but I felt like I had to get them up before I had something else to say. The result: a boring discombobulated story.
The show we went to was for Roxanne Potvin. You can hear her on CBC Concerst on Demand.

One memory the trip did trigger was of going to Ottawa on a family vacation. Mom and Dad dropped us off at the parliment buildings with a mission to go and find our MP. At the time and in my memory it sounds completely normal but telling the story it sounds like the funniest wackiest thing for a family to do. How OLD were we? And why in the world did you guys need to drop us off somewhere? I have such .... odd (but GREAT) childhood memories like that. Funny....

Nicole i didn't think you posts were discombobulated just little lacking on detail and feeling that is all. I still loved hearing about your trip and i can just see dan and mike storming back!! I will have to go and listen to her on CBC because if she is worth drving all the way to quebec to hear then it is worth a listen!!
As far as the family Ottawa trip, i get the same feeling when ever i go up to Ottawa. Anyways the particular story your talking about happen the second time we went up. Well mom and dad wanted to go and see the art museaum again and we didn't want to. Remember how boring it was the first time. Yawn and some of the art work just wasn't that impressive!! So they decide that we should go (by ourselves) to the parliment and find or MP, so we did. Like you said we didn't think anything of it and we probally still don't it isn't till someone points it out to us that we think hun weird. Oh and i was probally about 11 or 12 making you about 9 or 10. ahh ya the memories.
Cheer for now!!
